  • App version and basic technical diagnostics.
  • Crash reports and error information used to investigate reliability issues.

Usage and analytics information

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data to understand how the app is used and to improve it. This may include:

  • App interactions such as screen views, tab navigation, and feature usage.
  • Onboarding steps completed and settings chosen during setup.
  • Reminder session start and stop events.
  • Notification interactions, including taps and categories.
  • Purchase and subscription events.
  • Streak completion milestones.
  • Device model, operating system version, app version, and language.
  • Country and region derived from IP address.
  • An anonymized analytics identifier linked to your Firebase user ID.

On iOS, Firebase Analytics may use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Local storage: The Application may store non-sensitive app data on your device using local storage, including profile mirrors, settings, streak state, today's log, sync status, and queued changes for offline use.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create, authenticate, and manage your account.
  • Personalize posture reminders and active hours.
  • Track daily completion status and streak progress.
  • Synchronize data across your device and cloud account.
  • Support offline use and process queued updates when connectivity returns.
  • Send local and push notifications when enabled.
  • Monitor app stability, investigate errors, and improve performance.
  • Protect the app from misuse and enforce security rules.
  • Understand aggregate usage, such as onboarding completion and reminder engagement.

4. Notifications

The Application uses notifications to send posture reminders based on your chosen interval and active hours. Local notifications are scheduled on your device.

If push notifications are enabled, we may register a Firebase Cloud Messaging token associated with your account and device platform. This token is used to deliver notifications and may be updated when your device or app state changes.

You can disable notifications in the app settings or in your device settings. Disabling notifications may limit reminder delivery but does not prevent you from using core account features.

5. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate the app. These providers may process information on our behalf.

  • Firebase Authentication for account registration, login, and session management.
  • Cloud Firestore for synced user profile, settings, daily log, and streak data.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notification token registration and delivery.
  • Firebase Analytics for anonymized usage analytics and product improvement. Data is processed by Google LLC. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In when selected by the user.
  • Google AdMob for displaying banner advertisements.
  • Sentry for crash reporting and error diagnostics.
  • Expo services for platform integrations, builds, and notification infrastructure.

6. Third-Party Advertising

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within our application. Google AdMob may automatically collect certain device data to serve targeted ads, including but not limited to: your device's IP address, device advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA), mobile carrier details, app launch times, and interaction data with the ads displayed.

This data is used by Google AdMob for ad targeting, frequency capping, and performance analytics. You can learn more about how Google uses data by visiting their privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only in the following cases:

Passwords are handled by authentication providers and are not stored in plain text by the Application. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons.
